Founded in 2020 in Huangpu Town, Zhongshan City — the heart of the Pearl River Delta manufacturing belt — Sanjing Mould has grown into a specialist manufacturer of standard, non-standard, die-casting and multi-hole mold bases, as well as complete plastic and automotive molds.
Our team of 50 professionals is supported by more than 50 full-process machining machines, with core technical staff averaging over ten years of hands-on experience. Beyond mold base manufacturing, we provide external services including CNC machining, gantry milling, gantry grinding and deep-hole drilling.

Mold Base Products
Every base is machined to drawing, inspected in-process and delivered with a full dimensional report.
Mold frames for plastic mold makers, produced through open-coating, medium-coating and final fine grinding to guarantee surface flatness and stability. Used widely for home-appliance housings, automotive interior parts and daily-use containers.
Full injection molds built on our own bases — cavity and core inserts, sliders and lifters, ejector system and cooling layout — machined, fitted and trial-run in-house. Used for home-appliance housings, daily-use containers and technical parts.
Our signature capability. High-precision multi-cavity bases for PET preforms and bottle caps, made from premium steel with tight control of hole diameter, position accuracy and plate parallelism — two-stage precision grinding achieving ±0.01 mm for food, cosmetic, medical and beverage packaging.
Molds for automotive interior and exterior parts — bumper trims, door panels, pillar covers and structural components. Long plates are machined on gantry mills so flatness and fit stay within ±0.01 mm across the full surface.
Molds and mold bases for silicone rubber injection molding, built from quality mold steel with anti-rust finish, precision guide elements and stable cavity alignment. Applied to food-grade silicone parts, electronic keypads, seals and medical-grade components.
Die sets and plates for the hardware stamping industry, manufactured from high-strength heat-treated steel with deep-hole drilling and precision grinding — for motor cores, connectors, kitchen hardware and automotive metal parts.

We hold full export qualifications and ship 20–50 sets of mold bases to customers across Southeast Asia every month — FOB Shenzhen / Zhongshan, with CIF available for major ports.

Premium steel plates are selected, sawn to size and stress-relieved before machining.
Vertical and horizontal machining centres plus gantry mills cut cavities, pockets, guide-pin holes and chamfers.
